In July 2018, I completed Invoke Studio’s 200-hour training course to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. Currently, I teach three weekly studio classes in Indianapolis:
Wednesdays 4:30-5:25 P.M. | Heated Vinyasa Express (55 Minutes) Level 2 | Invoke Wellness Center
Thursdays 5:45-6:45 P.M. | Vinyasa Level 1 | Invoke Wellness Center
Sundays 5:00-6:00 P.M. | Vinyasa Level 2 - $10 Community Class | Invoke Studio Downtown

Private yoga classes are the perfect way to learn the basics, deepen your practice, work on specific poses, or all of the above. With dedicated, one-on-one attention from the teacher, private sessions allow the student to explore proper alignment, new variations of poses, and energetic actions that aren’t always appropriate during public studio classes due to varying skill-levels, time constraints, and space.

Are you interested in yoga for your team or bringing yoga to your office? There are many benefits to offering yoga at work including improved concentration, focus, and productivity. With corporate yoga, a weekly class is scheduled at a time that works best for your team (before work, over a lunch hour, or at the end of the day are common time slots) and fits seamlessly into your day. Classes are appropriate for all-levels and focus on combatting the negative impacts of prolonged periods of sitting.
